Is GerrardsCrosshomes an Estate Agent?
No. We are not estate agents - think of us as a local newspaper providing you details of properties being marketed in your area by local estate agents.  Property data is provided and maintained by our partner, propertyfinder.com.  Research has shown that over 70% of people move within a 5-mile radius of their last property.

Do I need to Regsiter to use the service?
If you simply wish to view properties being marketed through GerrardsCrosshomes or contact an agent to enquire about a property then there is no need to register.  If you wish to take advantage of property alerts, manage a portfolio of properties or advertise a property then you will need to register.

Can I amend my personal registration details?
To view and amend you personal details, select "My Details" from the Action box when you are logged in.

I forgot my password. Can I still log in? 
Select "Forgot your Password?" displayed on the Login screen and enter the email address recorded during registration.  The password will immediately be emailed to you. 

How do I contact an Agent?
When viewing a property,  select "Contact Agent" from the Actions box.  You will be presented with an enquiry form where you be required to enter you name and email address.  You will have the ability to type a free format message to the agent requesting more details, a viewing, etc..  On completion of this form your request will be emailed to the agent.  Should you wish to be contacted by phone, please include your telephone number in your message.

How does GerrardsCrosshomes use the information that I have entered on the site?
Your privacy is extremely important to us.  It is our policy only to collect customer information when it is obvious why the information is required, and to use this data only to improve your experience of using GerrardsCrosshomes (for example by automatically completing forms with stored information so that you don't have to give us the same information twice). The information you provide to GerrardsCrosshomes will not be distributed to other companies without your permission.
