Trade Advertisers

GerrardsCrosshomes offers the opportunity to selected advertisers to run activity which is highly targeted at house buyers and sellers in the local area.

There are two categories of trade advertising:

Local Directory

The Standard Listing entry will display the advertisers name, address and telephone number in alphabetic order within a selected trade classification.
The Premium Listing entry will display the same advertiser details as for the Standard Listing with the advertiser name highlighted and full details positioned in a prominent position within the trade classification.
The Weblink provides a hyperlink to the advertisers own website and may be purchased together with a Standard or Premium listing.



Minimum booking period of 12 months.

Display Advertising

The Sponsered Link advertisiment provides a graphical button which is randomly selected for positioned on the homepage and is permanently displayed in random positions on all other pages of the website.  The graphical button provides a hyperlink to the advertisers own website.  There is only one advertiser granted for each trade classificiation with a maximum of seven trade classifications available for Sponsored Links.

Minimum booking period of 3 months.




All above costs are exclusive of VAT at 17.5%.
